If the weather holds, and it looks like it will, the Yukon Riot will play ball Saturday at 11:10 a.m. over in Moore.

The tournament was rained out last weekend.

Try to get out there and support the girls.

Riot wins doubleheader to open spring season

MUSTANG, Okla. -- It was a great evening for softball on Monday when the Yukon Riot girls softball club won its season opener 7-0 and then won the second game of the doubleheader.
The young ladies looked pretty sharp and Coach said later it looks like all their hard work was paying off.
Next games: Monday, April 19, against the Lady Thunder at 6:15 p.m. and at 8:45 p.m. against Superfly.

After shaking hands with their opponents, the Riot girls scurried off the field happy as clams.

Hustling down the baseline.

Breaking the post-game talk with Coach.

Nice job, Coach was saying.

Coach told the girls that now they know all that yellin' at practice had a higher purpose.

Gotta admit, winning feels pretty good.

Making contact.

Following through.

She's out at first!
